1. Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
- Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made garments (e.g., embroidered, tailored, or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Return Conditions
- Non-defective returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective/damaged items: We will cover return shipping fees if the item arrives flawed or differs from the product description.
4. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email Opeakl@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and provide return instructions within 3 business days.
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method and retain the receipt until your refund is processed.
5. Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Sale or discounted items are eligible for refunds only if defective.

Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
